These bulbs are a direct replacement for your old bulbs and fit into your machine's light sockets and plug directly into the wiring harness. 1 bulb is for the handlebar light pod, 2 bulbs are for the lower frame headlight bulbs, and 1 bulb is for the taillight/brake light. They all are dual function bulbs. The headlights are high-low beam and replace a 12v 30/30w bulb and the taillight is also a dual function replacing the taillight and brake light replacing a 12v 21/5w.
